- Which forms of shipping are available and what are the shipping costs?
- We are (currently) offering Standard Delivery on all orders. Shipment is provided by UPS and free of charge for you.
- When will I receive my order?
- Standard delivery to UK takes between 2 to 3 working days once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is placed before 12pm, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.You will receive an email notifying when your order has been shipped.
- How will I know that you have received my order?
- Your order will be confirmed immediately on screen and you will also receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it could be that your email adtress was typed incorrectly during the order process. Please contact our Customer Service department via our Contact Us page so that they can assist.
- Can I get my orders delivered to a delivery adtress different from my billing adtress?
- Yes, orders can be shipped to an adtress which is different from the billing adtress. After you have entered your billing adtress during the checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a different shipping adtress. Please note, the shipping adtress should be in the country of the shop where you placed your order.
- How can I track the status of my delivery?
- You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order directly: Track my parcel
